A recent weekend trip to Washington, D.C. gave me the chance to catch up with some close friends and try a couple of eateries in the area. In two short days, I indulged in a lobster burger, homemade crêpes, empanadas, steamed Maryland blue crabs and a stellar meal at Komi that I just can’t forget. As diverse as they are in the world of food, art and fun, I’ve decided to share three highlights from the trip: Komi, Julia’s Empanadas and Jimmy Cantler’s Riverside Inn. Check it out in this month’s Indulging feature on D.C. dining!
