Epicure Pantry

by Celia Sin-Tien Cheng
June 9, 2009

I recently had the chance to taste some the of most diverse and fragrant salts, peppers, and spices used by some of the nation’s top chefs, including Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Dan Barber and Wylie Dufresne.

Epicure Pantry sells to the public the same gourmet condiments its sister company Millissime imports and distributes to chefs. If you are a salt aficionado or love to experiment with different types of oils, vinegars, mustards and chutneys, look no further for the best in class. There’s a wonderful selection of salts, which not only enchant with their flavors but also their beauty.

And look out for the heavenly Alsatian jams by Christine Ferber. Served at breakfast at DB Bistro Moderne, they will become available on EpicurePantry.com as early as next week. That’s something really exciting to look forward to!

Thanks for the info! I live in Los Angeles, and I’ve been looking all over the internet for the Christine Ferber jams. I checked out the website; however, I didn’t see the jams. I hope they are still going to be sold there.
