Short but sweet! Here I am improvising the dish of Japanese chili shrimp (ebi chili)!
I referred to Lovely Lanvin’s shrimp in chili sauce recipe, but ended up improvising with just ginger, garlic, scallions, cornstarch, chicken stock, ketchup, chili sauce and shrimp.
