Still Pigging Out

A close friend of mine, Maureen, recently took a trip to Charleston, South Carolina. Having just read my I Heart Oinkers feature, she had pork fresh in her mind when visiting Melvin’s BBQ and took a beautiful shot of the neon sign with the motto, “Eat Like A Pig!” Great minds think alike.

Cravings will be updating bi-weekly now instead of monthly. Newsletters will generally still come out once a month but we’ll have some Tasting, Craving and feature entries posted every two weeks so it’s easier to digest.

I’ve also been implementing “Baking Fridays,” which like it sounds, I’m baking every Friday. I’d like to make this interactive and share with you the results of my baking adventures. More details to come…
