My Greek Summer

This month, I’m paying tribute to the colors, history, philosophy, mythology, and beauty of Greece… through food, of course! My recent visit to Athens and Mykonos put me in such a Greek state of mind that even after my return, I continued to explore the cuisine for the entire month of July. I’m sharing new cravings this month inspired by eateries in Athens as well as New York.
