On Saturday, January 30th, Savoy Chef Ryan Tate and Chef-Owner Peter Hoffman will host a cassoulet prep class. The two chefs will demonstrate how to cure and cook duck confit, make sausage, prepare a pot of delicious beans, and toast herbed breadcrumbs. Guests will also get to sample Savoy’s own house cassoulet with a glass of wine.
If you can’t make it to the cassoulet class, you can taste Savoy’s cassoulet currently offered during lunch and dinner from January 19th through February 13th.
