Next Tuesday, the Farm to Table Dining Series will feature foods from within a 100-mile radius of New York City in a cocktail buffet at the Broad Street Ballroom. The featured 100-Mile Menu represents a commitment to celebrating local flavors while supporting sustainable agriculture and earth-friendly practices. Cynthia and I attended last year’s event at the Plaza Hotel, which was a lot of fun! And of course we always support local and sustainable farming, so it’s a good cause.
