The chocolate chip cookie from the Petrossian Boutique is a monster of a cookie. Large, thick and about the size of my hand, it is both soft and crispy. The chocolate is rich and gooey, while the chunks of pecan give the cookie structure. I also taste marzipan in the mix, which always makes desserts taste better. This is a perfect chocolate chip cookie!

Good sleuthing, Ceilia. Most foodies think caviar and champagne when they hear Petrossian. In fact, they do have an unexpected gift for gooy cookies!
