Balducci’s (formerly Hay Day Country Market) peanuts are definitely superior peanuts. Each nut is large, healthy and supremely fresh. In contrast to nuts I’ve had in the past, nothing comes close to these. The unadulterated, clean nutty taste makes me understand why peanuts are great to snack on. I prefer the unsalted nuts and, after several unstoppable handfuls, I can smell and taste the flavor of these nuts being made into fresh peanut butter. This is definitely a premium item and slightly more expensive than what you are used to paying for nuts, but believe me, it’s worth it.
