This rock shrimp pasta at Get Fresh Table and Market is phenomenal! The Florida rock shrimp are fresh and springy, the hand-cut pasta wide and paper-thin with fresh herbs rolled in each sheet, then drizzled with white truffle honey and balsamic vinegar. I might be partial because the texture of the pasta and shrimp remind me of the perfect Shanghainese shrimp wontons that I grew up eating in Taiwan. I enjoyed this dish so much the first time I had it, I went back the next day for brunch hoping it would be on the menu. It wasn’t, so I went back a week later, and I’m planning another trip this week, too!
