Chef Iacopo Falai interprets foods with his signature touch to make each more stylish. At Caffe Falai, he’s added a burger to the menu. This “amburger” is a Pat LaFrieda ground veal patty topped with bufala mozzarella, roasted cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions and Tabasco mayo on brioche toast. Everything about this burger is lighter and more elegant than its ground beef counterpart. While the flavors satiate your burger craving, your body doesn’t absorb regular burger grease. Every ingredient plays an integral role in the essence of this meal: the spice of Tabasco, the creaminess of bufala mozzarella, the aroma of onions, but nothing overpowers. The burger comes with house-made chips, which are lighter than fries to match this lighter burger. Refined but not contrived, the Falai Amburger is simply a delicious work of creative genius!
