When someone asks me where they can get good fries, Beppe’s Tuscan fries are at the top of my list. They’re a classic. Long, thick fries are tossed with deep-fried fragrant rosemary, sage, thyme, marjoram and garlic. These fries don’t need additional condiments. The herbaceous aroma is all you need. And I love the way the garlic just melts in my mouth.
