These are not the pizzas you think of when you think, “I want a slice.” Great as snacks, these thin crust pizzas do not have tomato paste or cheese on them but are bakery style, to be eaten cold. The potato, mushroom and tomato are staples, and depending on the season there are zucchini and/or celery root. Just delicious!
