Prune’s steak and eggs is my absolute favorite and the standard by which I judge all steak and eggs. I’ve not yet tasted another rendition that even comes close. The parsley-shallot butter dripping off the steak is mouth watering. The steak comes with two eggs, any style. I prefer my steak rare and eggs poached. The potato rosti and English muffin that accompany help to make this entree the king of all brunch dishes in my book!
