The pork chop and fried egg banh mi at Baoguette is spectacularly tasty, extremely copious and inexpensive. The grilled pork chop is more of a diced pork cutlet, so it’s easier to eat, wrapped in a fried egg, with pickled carrots, daikon and kumquat, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeño, (slightly sweet) house special sauce and mayonnaise on a baguette. I requested extra spicy so they added sriracha chili sauce, which set the sandwich on fire — just the way I like it!

THAT looks amazing. Now plotting how to get downtown and back with my limited lunchtime allotment.
