Where better to find oysters than at Grand Central Oyster Bar? It’s in the name for goodness sake! But that’s not why you should get your oysters there. It’s because they are exceptionally good. GCOB offers the largest oyster selection of any seafood restaurant in New York. The menu, which changes daily, offers nearly 30 varieties. You can’t beat that! I have my favorites like Kumamoto, Widows Hole, and Kusshi, and it’s always fun to try new ones like French Kiss and Lady Chatterly. With a list this robust, I’m always making new discoveries.
