I love panna cotta — and all other cream-based desserts for that matter — and I love sesame, so Num Pang’s double sesame panna cotta is an ideal marriage of favorites. The nutty sesame flavor complements the smooth, creamy pudding. A sesame-infused cooked cream is topped with a thin layer of sweet, camel-colored tahini (white sesame paste) then garnished with a sprinkle of black sesames — a beautiful composition waiting to be devoured.
The sesame panna cotta is made by Oro Bakery and Bar especially for Num Pang, and devliered once a week on Mondays. They always run out by the end of the week, so get your fix at the beginning of the week.

Celia,
This sounds great, right up my alley. Sounds like a sweet version of sesame tofu. Thanks for the post!
