In every bite, you get a taste of three perfectly complementary favorites: chocolate, banana and coconut cream. No one describes it better than Shuna herself, “At the bottom find a generous layer of dark chocolate cream then bananas sautéed in brown sugar, & then a serious coconutty custard cream with vanilla whipped cream and toasted coconut to garnish.” I can’t get enough of this fluffy, delicious dessert!
