There is double good news! First, Zaitzeff has one of the best burgers in town. Secondly, it is actually healthy and tastes great. Zaitzeff uses meat and dairy that is certified organic or made without hormones or antibiotics. The burgers are served on a toasted Portuguese muffin, and the vegetable toppings, lettuce, tomato, and avocado are very fresh. They used to add horseradish to the burgers, I hear, but unfortunately they no longer do. You can also order fresh-cut sweet or russet potato fries on the side.

I’ve tried both the Zaitzeff Burger, which has a meatloaf patty instead of the traditional patty, and the Kobe Beef Burger. The burgers are juicy, fresh and copious.

My only beef is that the prices are relatively high. I understand that it’s due to the fresh ingredients used, but for the price, I think we should bring back the horseradish.
