Yin Yi's Shanghainese Cuisine
Another restaurant in Taipei that I’ve been going to since I can remember is Yin Yi (Silver Wings). It’s a Shanghainese restaurant, and our family goes for breakfast on the weekends, ordering every carb on the menu. We always start with bok choy tossed in vinegar with peanuts, scallions, and red peppers. This is the closest thing to a salad in Chinese cuisine. Refreshing and delicious!
