Ratatouille Cold Pasta
While in Tokyo, dinner at a friend’s house was inspiring. Yumiko’s husband Tetsuya is a great cook and I always look forward to meals at their house. After a shrimp and avocado starter, followed by tai (sea bream) carpaccio, the pasta course was a cold ratatouille spaghetti. It was positively refreshing and savory! Thanks, Tetsuya, for the wonderful summer pasta inspiration!
