Tulum Blues

I made it a point to visit the Mayan Ruins of Tulum on this trip as the archeological site overlooks the most amazing beach in the region. The main temple was built right above the beaches of the Caribbean Sea. Here I am right behind the temple looking at the water. The beach is unusually soft, both the sand and the water. There’s something truly magical about this place. And this photo was taken on a dreary rainy day. Look at those blues!
