Scrambled Eggs w/ Chaya Leaves
Breakfast was the highlight at the Rosewood Mayakoba, with fresh juices and a large variety of hot entrées to choose from. The scrambled eggs sautéed with chaya leaves — popular vegetable in Mayan cuisine — was delicious! It came with a bundle of fresh herbs that I used in its entirety, and green sauce. Though I had to ask for some fresh habanero sauce to spice things up!
