Yin Yi's Vegetable Dumplings

I previously featured Ding Tai Fung’s vegetable dumpling, but the best is at Yin Yi. It has to do with the texture and flavor of the filling. Though they are called vegetarian dumpling, Yi Yin cheats a little and does include a little pork, for flavor. Ding Tai Fung’s dumpling may be pretty, but for taste, Yi Yin’s dumplings have no competion!
