Poached Eggs in Wine Sauce
Brunch to match the weather. Since we are virtually snowed in in DC, we thought lets take our time and make a wine reduction sauce and poach some fluffy white eggs on this snowy Sunday morning. It was great served with crunchy bread rubbed in garlic.
