Ming Tsai Cooking Demo
As the American Express Food Enthusiast, I sat front row at Ming Tsai’s cooking demo at the 2009 Food & Wine Festival. Charming, funny and his ability to improvise was truly impressive. Menu: Cranberry crab Rangoon, shrimp shumai and caramelized shallot pancakes. The audience had a blast!
