Korean Rice Porridge
I love when the rice at Korean restaurants are cooked in stone bowls. The waiter or waitress will come and serve the rice, then pour barley tea into the bowl so that the crisps on the edges loosen up and you can have a second helping of rice porridge after you’re done with your bowl of rice. It’s refreshing and quite beautiful as you see here.
