Glutinous Rice Roll Breakfast
When I was a kid, my favorite food from the soy milk chains was not the flat breads, nor the fried dough, but the savory glutinous rice rolls that have pickled daikon, dried shredded pork and fried dough wrapped inside the glutinous rice. I’ve cut the roll up here only for presentation purposes.
