Fried Green Tomatoes
The other day at The Redhead for brunch, I noticed the party next to me enjoying their entrées. What jumped out at me wasn’t the steak or eggs, but rather the fried green tomatoes that came on the side. I promptly asked for a side order of the buttermilk and microgreens dressed cornmeal-crusted fried green tomatoes. The fried green tomatoes, the crab and leek tart and the chicken and waffle made the perfect comfort brunch!
