Fresh Garlic Skins
Fresh garlic is finally at the green markets! Hurray! I got to cook with them for the first time this season last weekend. Not only did it taste great, but even peeling off the skins was a beautiful experience.

Hmmm savory… I’ve never cooked with fresh garlic. I’ll have to hunt some down at my local farmers market.
