Forchetta's Little Bites
Forchetta is one of those restaurants that all foodies and serious eaters in Taipei consistently frequent. Chef-owner Max Tseng creates Mediterranean inspired dishes with locally sourced Taiwanese ingredients that are ingeniously delicious. Here’s our starter plate of small bites including fried baby-shrimp/tomato and bottarga/daikon.
