Tasting Rose Champagnes with Veuve Clicquot's Dominique Demarville

What a rare opportunity! Cynthia Sin-Yi Cheng, Cravings wine editor, was invited to a rosé champagne tasting with Dominique Demarville, Veuve Clicquot’s cellar master. The tasting began with the still red wines (a.k.a. Coteaux Champenois) that go into the Veuve rosés, and in this video, Cynthia and Dominique taste one such rosé — a 1989 Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Cave Privée Brut. Also, Cynthia asks Dominique what types of champagne pair well with steaks.
