While The Ravioli Store does sometimes have lunch service for a limited seating of 3*, I am recommending the fresh ravioli to take home to cook. The ingredients are fresh and seasonal and the flavors are sometimes interesting (like Peking duck ravioli) but always good. My one consistent favorite is the potato white truffle variation. Once cooked, it doesn’t require much seasoning other than a dash of olive oil and some salt and pepper.
When this piece was written, the Ravioli Store was located on Sullivan Street in SoHo with a retail presence. They have since moved to Long Island City, and is mainly a factory for wholesale production. Their products can be found at Fairway and Food Emporium.
