Stinky Tofu is one of those dishes you either love or hate. The fermented tofu has an exceedingly strong odor that, in the nose of the beholder, is either delicious or putrid. Growing up, it was one of my favorite street foods, and my fondness for the dish has not faded over the years. Sho Lan does steamed stinky tofu right, soft and crumbly with a little minced pork and chilies to add flavor. I just can’t get enough of it.
