I love sourcing local food products when I’m back in Taipei. Imagine my joy when I found Red On Tree jams. Taiwan is a tropical fruit heaven. Celia and I grew up with an abundance of seasonal fruits — like white guava — that I rarely see outside of Taiwan. This confiture really brings me back to my childhood.
