The Lieb Family Cellars was the winery that brought me out to this wine region last summer. Since then, I’ve been spotting Lieb’s winning Pinot Blanc on quite a number of highly-coveted wine lists and, most impressively, it often holds a proud place on the by-the-glass section. Recent spottings include Union Square Café, King Cole Bar in the St. Regis, The Modern, Ducasse and Le Bernardin.
