I’ve always been a fan of Blue Ribbon Bakery Market’s “sandwiches.” I’m was upset when they took the tongue and egg one of the menu. But you can’t really go wrong with any one of these delectably topped toasts. The hummus with tomato and lemon oil is fresh and refreshing. While it all seems rather simple, the flavor combinations work seamlessly. It’s as much fun to watch this open-face sandwich being made as it is to eat.
