Ginger-Infused Ravioli

The highlight of our starters was ginger-infused ravioli stuffed with scampi and lemon. The ginger added an Asian-fusion note to what is otherwise a classic dish. The whole dish had a deft touch to it, with just the right amount of seasoning. The other starters — white asparagus and sea bream carpaccio — were excellent as well. All the primary ingredients were local and the freshness showed.
