The Baja Style fish tacos at Calexico consist of El Barrio beer-battered fresh cod with spicy slaw and mango slices (that I mistook for Cheddar at first sight), garnished with radish slices and doused with their famous chipotle “crack” sauce, all served on a warm corn tortilla.
