I previously featured Din Tai Fung’s vegetable dumpling, but the best is at Yin Yih. It has to do with the texture and flavor of the filling. Though they are called vegetarian dumpling, Yih Yin cheats a little and does include a little pork, for flavor. Din Tai Fung’s dumpling may be pretty, but for taste, Yin Yih’s dumplings have no competion!
