Curry Pan

Celia Sin-Tien Cheng

“Pan” in Japanese means “bread,” taken from the French word for bread. Curry pan is a staple in Japanese bakeries. At Panya, there are two types of curry pan: spicy and regular. The spicy version is not too spicy but has a little kick. Both are great, just depends on if you’re in a milder or spicier mood.
