I bet you didn’t know that February is Pancake Month. Well, it is at Clinton St. Baking Co. & Restaurant, that is. Clinton St. is serving special pancake flavors day and night all month. Check out the menu.

But don’t fret if you can’t make it for pancake month. You can make Chef/Owner Neil Kleinberg’s pancakes in the comfort of your own kitchen (like when you’re snowed in!) with the Clinton St. Baking Company Cookbook. Chef Kleinberg’s blueberry pancakes are to die for! The cookbook covers much more than pancakes though. The subtitle says it best: “Breakfast, Brunch & Beyond.” There are chapters on biscuits, eggs, soups, sandwiches, fried chicken, condiments and desserts.
