At the Rosewood Mayakoba, breakfast included not only buffet of cheeses, cured meats, breads, juices, cereals and fruits, but you can also order as many hot entrées from the menu as well. It is an extremely generous deal. The scrambled eggs sautéed with chaya leaves — popular vegetable in Mayan cuisine — was delicious! It came with a bundle of fresh herbs that I used in its entirety, and green sauce. Though I had to ask for some fresh habanero sauce to spice things up!
