Santo Wines is a cooperative of over 2,500 members and the largest producer of wines in Santorini. Santo’s range of white wines include Assyrtiko, Assyrtiko Reserve, Assyrtiko Grand Reserve, Nykteri and Nykteri Reserve. They also produce a sparkling wine, rosés, reds and Vinsanto. In addition to wines, Santo Wines also produces food products that Santorini is famous for: capers, caper leaves, tomato paste and fava beans.
