The chocolate pecan cookie from the Petrossian Boutique is a monster of a cookie — large and thick, and as big as my hand. It’s crispy on the outside and soft and moist in the center where the cookie is thick. The chocolate is rich, smooth and gooey, oozing throughout the dough, while the chunks of pecan give the cookie structure. Though not exactly a chocolate chip cookie, it’s the best in this category!
