Sampler Plate

It was a jamón fest last night at Pata Negra! The sampler is a great way to compare the differences between Serrano ham, Ibérico ham and pata negra – acorn fed. The pata negra was the most delicate — melt in your mouth — and had a distinctly nutty taste, but I still prefer the slightly fattier Ibérico.
