Margot Patisserie

Pan Bagnat

Pan bagnat is basically salad nicoise in sandwich form. Margot Patisserie’s pan bagnat is perfect with tuna, slices of hard-boiled egg, olives, onions, tomato, etc. in a tasty brioche bun. The bread and the ingredients it holds inside fit like hand in glove. This is quite a gem and a sandwich for which I will travel to the UWS.
