
At La Pietra Cucina in downtown Atlanta, there’s “Chef’s Daily Scallopini” on the menu, which I think is brilliant. I always crave scallopini, so this way, there’s some variety if you are always ordering it. My lunch was a veal scallopini with chickpeas and chicory in a white wine sauce, accompanied by pan-fried polenta. It totally hit the spot!
