Texas Kobe Beef Steak

I had to try the local Texas Kobe beef steak and ordered the ribeye. Simply prepared to let the meat speak for itself, the steak is seasoned with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, seared on a wood-fired grill, then re-fired on flat top to give it extra crust. This impeccably grilled piece of meat would satiate any carnivore’s craving.
