Ed Kenney opened Kaimuki Superette last year, diagonally across the street from Town. A great lunch option, Superette mainly serves sandwiches, side salads, and housemade fresh pastas and sauces to go (when available). The sandwiches and sides are bursting with freshness and local flavors, especially the ahi club sandwich and he’e (octopus) roll, but portions are on the smaller side, so you might have to add a soup to the order.
